ABOUT PRICA

Meet Priscila García, the artist behind Lantau by Prica.

Prica is originally from Mexico City, currently based in Morelos Mexico where she decided to live with her wife and son, near by the city but deep in contact with great weather and nature.

She picked to be a lawyer by profession and an artist by heart being the second, one of her deepest passions after her family.

She has spent the last few years developing her own artistic style, focusing on capturing, highlighting and preserving the beauty of fallen wood.

She aims to direct the viewer’s eye along the piece, encouraging them to explore her work up close to appreciate the intricacies of nature on a deeper level.

She has a passion to add beauty & interest through her hand work, using ancient carbonization techniques and applying Epoxy Resin; extraordinary combinations of materials to create unique pieces.
